Occasionally, WineCooler4U.com visitors and customers take a few minutes to write to Customer Service to comment about their new wine cooler or our service.  We are listing them in this Post to reinforce our commitment to service, before and after the sale.

As the testimonials occur they will be posted on our store site (www.winecooler4u.com) and this Post will be updated.  Then, periodically, we will re-publish this Post.

Thanks for the personalized customer service regarding your call and email.  It just figures………..we finally find a wine cooler that looks great, fits in with decor and now it is not available !!!!  Our biggest struggles with most is (wine coolers are) that they are so darn ugly ……….. ;-)   !!!  We currently have a large wine rack storing our fine wine, so we will wait and see how the production of the unit we want goes.
Please advise us as soon as you hear back from them (Vinotemp) that the Portofino series is back in production, so we can order again.

My patience with poor customer service over the phone and in the stores has driven me to the non-human interface that the internet provides…sad!  My interaction with WineCooler4U came from their reaching out to me about the fact that I didn’t complete my original purchase transaction. They have shared so much beyond just product information.  I will be giving my endorsement of WineCooler4U to all who will listen!  And, not to forget,  I did buy their Bordeaux3 wine cooler and am looking forward to filling it.

What I really liked about WineCooler4U is that I could go to their website, enter my order number, and see all of the order and shipping progress information associated with my order.

WineCooler4U’s Customer Service follow-up is amazing.  I knew exactly where my cooler was fro the day it was ordered because of all the email communications I received from them.  I highly recommend them.

My wine cooler sustained damage during transit.  WineCooler4U Customer Service told me exactly how to handle the paperwork with the delivery driver and then obtained a replacement cooler for me within days.  They have great customer service.
